You might be asking yourself, “What’s it like to work at Relic”? Well, we believe great games start with great employees, so we invest in ours. That investment includes planning our development cycles carefully to minimize overtime; regular team events to bond and de-stress; organizational transparency so we’re all on the same page and a host of other perks to make your life easier and happier.
At Relic we are committed to working smarter, not just harder. To support this we actively foster professional development through courses, conference attendance and mentoring. We also believe in constant reflection on our process, so we listen to each other, we talk and then we take action to refine and improve the studio at every level.
Most importantly, we believe in having fun. So you can expect spontaneous nerf gun wars, movies, ball hockey and legendary parties.
